About the role

We are looking for a 1^st class EA to 2 Directors. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and have at least 24 months experience.

Objectives of this role

• Managing schedules and appointments.
• Handling correspondence: managing emails phone calls
• Preparing letters, memos, statements, and other documents.
• Arranging and maintaining records: ensuring that various records, such as contracts, and client information, are up to date.
• Making travel arrangements: booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Coordinating events, including social functions and dinners.
• Providing various levels of both personal & business administrative support .
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
• Taking meeting notes and reporting back with actions
• Acting as gatekeeper to directors

Required skills and qualifications

• Must always use discretion 
• Experience working in a similar environment
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• French speaking would be advantageous
• Have the ablility to be assertive and manage a situation.
